Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy – Lemony Pilates, Berlin At Lemony Pilates, we value fair and transparent policies for all participants. Cancellations & Rebookings - Free cancellation or rebooking is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the class. - For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-show, the full class fee will be charged, or the session will be deducted from your package. - Rebookings are subject to availability. Lateness - Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class. - For safety and quality reasons, we cannot guarantee entry for those more than 10 minutes late. In this case, the appointment will be considered attended. Health & Personal Responsibility - Participation is at your own risk. - Please inform the instructors before the start of the class about any injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions. Memberships & Packages - Booked packages are personal and non-transferable. - The validity period begins on the date of purchase or the selected date. Lateness General - We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule or instructors. - By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
